Anyone else out there experience very loud very low flying jets today? Anyone have an idea of where to address concerns? Not sure if the jet pictured is the same type as the one that buzzed us today but it was something similar.

Just for everyone's information... if you go to Transport Canada's website and lodge a concern online, they will contact you within a very short time frame. We had Comox doing SAR exercises directly over our house in the spring (posted somewhere on Tidelines) and they telephoned me within an hour of my internet contact to them and were able to have them move off.

We saw them buzz the lagoon twice. My guess is they were CF-18 Hornets which would make them Canadian. Not sure why they're here though.
Jets Too Low

Hi Mary Clare
Yes we heard them Sunday around 2:20 ish out our way between Cortes Bay and Tyber Bay.
Too low and too freeking loud.
Comox Airforce Base is a good place to start. I am getting close to calling myself.
I was told the last Federal Defense Minister allowed the Americans to "play" up around Toba Inlet.
We hear them too often and in all my years only the thunder today was louder than these jets.
