Craniosacral Therapy is the foundation of Osteopathy - by assessing & correcting restrictions in the movement of bones (particularly in the cranium and sacrum) it's possible to encourage the optimal movement of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). CSF constantly pulses within your spinal cord & brain, causing your bones to move minutely with each pulsation. CSF is the most nutrient-rich fluid in our bodies, so eliminating obstacles to its free movement is of paramount importance for health.
