A BioBlitz is a focused 24 hour survey of the flora & fauna present in a designated place.
* The designated place is the Children's Forest.
* The 24 hours begin at noon Saturday April 16 and run through to noon on Sunday, April 17.
The BioBlitz will give us a strong indication of the biological diversity of the Children's Forest. We are especially on the lookout for species at risk... like the western toad staring out at you here!

April 16 & 17; mark your calendars!
Join in the adventure!

Stay tuned to Tidelines for our upcoming field schedule with details of activities, as participating naturalists confirm their contributions.

Hosted by Cortes youth. Sponsored by the Forest Trust for the Children of Cortes Island Society (FTCCIS);
