My teaching experience includes providing classes and workshops for both professional and public audiences on a wide range of topics, particularly in the fields of clinical nutrition and herbal medicine. I teach classes through continuing studies programs at University of Victoria and Royal Roads University, but also enjoy teaching in small groups and for public audiences.
