Click on the Email Notification Network, which will lead you to sign up for an account. https://www.bcferries.com/bcferries/faces/reservation/booking.jsp?pcode=ACCOUNT

Log in/Sign up and select the routes you want to receive notifications for.

The notification system works pretty well, but sometimes the notices do get delayed, so don't plan/count on them for 100%.
