Bringing fibre service to your home happens in several stages:

Complete the form on the Cortes Island page to let CityWest know you are interested in service and confirm whether your property is included in the current phase of the project.
Property assessment
If your property is eligible, CityWest may need to review the route from the road to your home and confirm the best location for the fibre connection.
Fibre drop installation
A crew will install the fibre line from the main network to your property. Installation time varies depending on your property's location and how complex the installation is.
Home installation appointment
Once the fibre drop is complete, CityWest will contact you to schedule an installation appointment inside your home.
Get connected
A technician will install the required equipment, activate your service and make sure your connection is working properly.
Because construction is happening in phases, timelines and service availability may vary by location.
