Zero Stress Zone YIN-NIDRA-SELF MASSAGE
Come home to your body and spirit in this combination of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Self Massage. Yoga Nidra translates to "yogic sleep" and is a combination of relaxation, meditation, and self-hyponosis. This experience is accessible to anyone who is able to lay down on their back. Yoga Nidra helps to integrate our spiritual selves with our physical selves. Come prepared to dive deeply into your energy body in the most relaxing yoga experience that you've ever had. Yoga Nidra can be thought of as a long, guided shavasana. Yin postures work with long held poses. Self Massage techniques from Qi-Gong, Bodywork, Energy Healing and the Chakra system.

DEEP FLOW (Vinyasa):
Sweat. Breath. Move. A flowing sequence of postures that stretch and strengthen the entire body. This class aims to increase your concentration, focus, strength, flexibility and to deepen your love of the art of Asana (physical postures). Modifications are always provided, and all levels are welcome and encouraged.
YIN + YOGA NIDRA:
Yin yoga works with long held postures to lengthen the muscles and connective tissues. Slow, deep, and relaxing, this practice is good for those recovering from injury, those with chronic illness or limited mobility as well as those looking to gain greater embodiment and relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a long, guided Savasana (Corpse Pose) that directs the subconscious into deeper balance and clarity. All levels are welcome and encouraged.
Not your regular old Hatha class! This luscious practice will guide the absolute beginner to the seasoned practitioner into deep states of body and being. Slow, methodical, and focused, this practice is simple and effective. Asana as prayer. Embodiment as sensation, concentration and alignment. Dig deep! Breath big! Energetic and esoteric practices will be added to this gentle posture practice as well as Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Dhyana (meditation). Those recovering from injury, elders, yogis coming back after a long break, or anyone who wants to walk a little freer and stand a little taller; this class is for you. All levels are welcome.
~ Once a week practice (9 classes) = $135 ($15/class)
~ Twice a week practice (18 classes) = $252 ($14/class)
~ Three times a week practice (27 classes) = $324 ($12/class)
~ Four times a week practice (36 classes) = $360 ($10/class)
Please pre-register by sending an E-transfer to reserve your program. All classes are 90 minutes and all taxes are included. No make-up classes or refunds for lack of attendance will be provided.
Class sizes are limited to 6 people per class, no exceptions. This allows for lots of personal attention, one-on-one corrections, manual adjustments, and modifications (either less or more advanced) to suit your individual needs. Please send me an email to register for the program you desire.
