I'm back from Mexico ready to accept clients. Monday night yoga at Om Studio in Mansons. I will be sharing the Sivananda Sequence and Ayurvedic lifestyle tips which I learned at a month long workshop I took with Yoga Veda Institute. I’ve been practicing the Sivananda sequence daily and have found it really effective for back pain and core strength. I really like it, I hope you do too. It includes a sun salutation warm up, pranayama, and a sequence of asanas designed for spinal longevity. The class will be five weeks then we will re-evaluate and see if people want to continue for summer.
