Naturopathic medicine is a holistic approach to health care using natural therapies such as clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, and homeopathy.
I earned my doctorate in naturopathic medicine at John Bastyr College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1995. I've been practicing for 28 years! I also teach community health classes and do literature-based research and writing, which keeps me current in the scientific findings regarding natural therapies. I bring everything I learn to my teaching and practice.
