If you’ve been thinking about getting a little more support for your mental health, this might be a good time to begin.

Our Victoria-based clinic, NeurAlive Mental Health, is opening up virtual counselling spots specifically for Cortes Islanders with our practicum student, Sydney Richdale. We’re offering these sessions to island residents for just $20 per session (regularly $60) to help make counselling a little more accessible in the community.

Sydney will be with our clinic for the next eight months and offers warm, supportive virtual counselling from the comfort of home.

You can visit our website to learn more about Sydney and book a session.
