Friends of Cortes Island (FOCI) is responsible for maintaining Kw'as Park, Carrington Bay Park, Siskin Forest Park and Trails, Whale's Rest Park and the Gnat, Hayes, Moon and Seascape Beach Accesses, in partnership with the Strathcona Regional District.

We are responsible for ensuring that trails are accessible and well maintained for everyone to enjoy, removing garbage, and removing invasive plants.
