SOS - Someone who knows their way around a diesel engine

Hoping to find a good samaritan who might be able to come this evening to help with an old diesel tractor that wont start. This tractor has travelled 1200km to get here but wont turn on in order to make it the last few feet from the trailer onto Cortes. We are on the inside corner heading into Smelt Bay. Any help would be very appreciated!
