Just witnessed 2 females and a male approx 13 to 16 years old wondering around church luc's place pulling stuff out of the yard and tossing things into the side of the building. After they left i took a look around and many of the windows on the building and van are broken, tools pulled outside. Not saying they are 100% responsible for all the damage but anyone know how to get ahold of Luc? place should be locked or boarded up.
