Tonight at about 6:30 pm, I was driving along Sutil point Road just past Highfield approaching the Y when I was startled and later angry by a young girl leaping from shadow into the road close to the centre line, at that time of day the sun was bright and shining
and the child had no comprehension about how dangerous this was.
Earlier in the day a group of similar children were doing the same actions.
In the evening the bright sun obscures people leaping out of the shadows.
I imagine they were 2 of a number of young girls selling drinks that was happening early in the day.
