The Co-op Bakery will be closed this Saturday, back Sunday.
We are still waiting on a critical part to get our pastry & 7Grain oven up and running, but hoping it arrives soon!
Our bake schedule for the next while will be:
Sundays: Sesame Spelt
Mondays: Red Fife
Tuesdays: Caraway Rye & GF Seeded Buckwheat
Wednesdays: Khorasan
Thursdays: Sesame Spelt & GF Seeded Buckwheat
Fridays: Khorasan & GF Cinnamon Raisin Millet & Baguettes
Saturdays: Red Fife
We've been having some trouble with GF Seeded Buckwheat, and if you have received a loaf that was a fail, you are welcome to ask for a refund in the store.
