We are very happy to once again offer a free 2-day Start Keelboat Sailing course right here on Cortes Island.

Thanks to support from Sail Canada's "Sailing for All" initiative, the course is completely free for Indigenous, low-income, 2SLGBTQI+, seniors, and racialized members of the Cortes Island community (ages 16+).

Course date:
– May 4-5

??Course length: 2 days, 6 hours each day

??Includes a Sail Canada course book and an official Sail Canada certificate

??Small group, hands-on learning

No previous sailing experience needed – just curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a love of the water.
