Hollyhock is hiring for our next Director of Leadership and Learning Programming.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with ownership of the full program portfolio - including the Hollyhock Leadership Institute and the development of a new online platform and signature leadership curriculum.

DETAILS:

Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 CAD, based on experience,
Comprehensive Benefits package including health and dental
One complimentary Hollyhock course per season
Location: Remote, with approximately 4-8 weeks per year on Cortes Island - or - in-person Cortes Island
Type: Full-time, permanent
Reports to: CEO
