A gathering intended for those looking to cultivate a more intimate connection with their monthly cycle, specifically around menstruation. For those who feel lost, disconnected, or frustrated with the ups and downs experienced through the month’s cycle, or for those who are coming into menarche and are interested in learning how to prepare and what to expect.

What is Included:
- learn ayurvedic care around food, lifestyle and simple herbs to help balance your natural rhythms
find ways to connect to your cycle through nature and archetypal wisdom
- explore creative and intuitive ways to honour your menstrual cycle
- enjoy a simple ayurvedic lunch and take home recipe card for menstrual support
