In anticipation of a romantic evening tomorrow, we’re making double-length bucatini—perfect for sharing, Lady-and-the-Tramp style, with plenty of joyful slurping. At the market, I’ll also have our perennial favourite, Mafaldine, along with some twisted little casarecce tucked into the short pasta box.
