23-foot Georgian sloop rig sailboat for sale. I’ve had her since 2020 and have gone on many great trips around Cortes and Desolation. She is sound, stable, and stays very dry through the winter.

She can sleep four comfortably and has a head, a small kitchen with a dinette table, a freshwater tank with an electric sink pump, and a holding tank. Very spacious cabin for her size and can comfortably sleep 4. Cabin is in great condition with curtains, cushions, new carpet.

Powered by an older Yamaha 9.9 outboard with low hours (optional). Custom built steering wheel installed by last owner. Comes with a small rowboat.

She needs some cosmetic work, a fresh coat of bottom paint (recently scraped) and some small repairs to the jib sail. I’m selling because I just don’t have the time to give her the love she deserves.
