I came across an abandoned beach fire below where I live( in between seascape/moon beach but nowhere near the public accesses). It's the remains of a big fire with many big logs way up the high tide line and close to the vegetation and trees. The logs were burning and the high tide would be many hours away. Yes the risk is low in winter rainy season, but please do not leave fires unattended without putting them out. Please bring buckets to collect water to put the fire out before you say goodnight. I shall try not worry, but I have a history with fire and I know what it can do.
