A black dog barked for at least one and a half hours yesterday afternoon trapped inside a black Prius in the Coop Cafe parking lot.

The dog was panting and clearly distraught. No water left for this long-haired black dog either. And it was a warm, muggy day.

I walked over from closeby in the neighbourhood to see what the problem was and alerted Mary in the cafe and she asked around.

When I got home the barking went on for at least another half hour. It was heart-breaking.

This is Not Okay!
This is cruelty.
Whoever did this, compassionate care of your dog is your responsibility. There is no excuse for this.
