Hello friends & community members,

I would like to share that starting tomorrow I will be at the Friday summer markets at Mansons offering handmade Ayurvedic self-care items as well as sharing info on my 1:1 Ayurvedic consulting practice.

This has been a long time coming and a labour of love.
It would fill my heart to see some of you there tomorrow and share in these delights. The offerings include:
