I just spent over half an hour on hold with their support, and the guy told me their internal notes show it won't be fixed until the 24th at noon, the soonest apparently that they can go to Hope Mountain to fix the cable causing the issue.

He didn't know if it was a lack of enough technicians to get to it sooner, if they needed to order some part, etc, just that's apparently when they currently expect it will be fixed.

That's the latest, currently, if you want to save half an hour of time not waiting on hold.
