Volunteers needed for the pie making party to make pies for Cortes Day. We especially need someone who is good at making pastry! In days gone by people made pies at home and donated them. Pie making seems to be a lost art... Diane Hanson headed up group pie making at the hall for the last few years but has now moved off island. We feel that pies are an important
part of Cortes Day. Please help keep the tradition alive by volunteering July 19th.
