Came across my Lion’s Mane log, that is fruiting now at this time of year. If you have purchased logs or dowells from me to use for inoculation and it has been more than 2 years with no mushrooms fruiting, you can email me and I will prepare a ready to fruit grow kit of your choice. You can still dunk your logs in a barrel or tub of water for 24-48 hours and that may do the trick. Mushroom logs can be hard to predict.
