Kathleen Horne is a part-time Cortes resident. She is Core Faculty of Expressive Arts Florida Institute, and a partner in Expressive Arts Florida, where she teaches Expressive Arts and facilitates workshops and classes. She exhibits her artwork on Cortes Island and in Florida. Her experience as a counselor, artist, and educator come together in her signature work: “Art as a Healing Practice”.
