Okay someone in our neighbourhood is not quite right:

This morning my cat came home as usual but her most vulnerable part of her body: lower belly, clearly using an electric razor, was shaved down to her skin! Bizarre!

Question to my community: Has this happened to anyone else's pet?

And to the person(s) responsible,
Why?!? While you work on that, just STOP molesting our vulnerable & voiceless.
