Motions concerning the Addendum item: Proposed Logging Activity -Cortes Island are as follows:

-THAT the Report from Director N. Anderson regarding proposed logging activity on Cortes be received. [Item] CARRIED

-THAT the February 15, 2012 correspondence regarding the response by Island Timberlands to the matter of logging on Cortes Island be received.[Item] CARRIED.

-THAT the matter of Island Timberlands logging of its property on Cortes Island be referred to the Regional Board. DEFEATED.

-THAT the Committee recommend that a letter be sent to the Ministry of Forests and the Ministry of Environment requesting assistance for a dispute resolution process regarding the logging of Island Timberlands property on Cortes Island. - DEFEATED
