Cortes Literacy Outreach
This is such a bargain at $5/hour to answer, as best we can, your PC or Mac questions.

This all-ages program, which started mid-January, has been a huge success! Every slot is booked at least one week in advance. There have been wait lists for tutorials on Apple devices.

Depending on interest and funds, this program may end at the end of March, so if you are still thinking of making it in, we recommend you call and book your time now. There are 2 spaces left on March 2nd.

Mac for beginners, PC for beginners to advanced users, software levels depend on which program you’re inquiring about. Anything we can’t answer, we’ll try to find someone who can.

Bring your own laptop or use the ones we provide. A colour laser printer is available for those who book ahead unless walk-in space is available. $1 per colour page, $.50 per black and white page.

This program runs every Friday, upstairs at Manson’s Hall, from 11am – 2pm. This is a Wi-Fi project in collaboration with the Cortes Island Seniors Society and Cortes Literacy, and is an extension of the Cortes Skills Centre.

To book your appointment, call Coreen: 935-0152 or email cortesliteracytwincomm.ca and inform her what it is you hope to learn.
