This vacation rental is a third floor newly renovated apartment in a country setting, complete with roosters, chickens, fresh laid eggs, with seasonal fruits & vegetables available straight from the garden.

Apartment is light and airy, with fine wood detail & furnished in country style with tasteful accents & antiquated finishes.

Summer months rates are $150 a night, plus $25 cleaning charge. Also an additional charge of $20 per night per guest for more than two guests.

Off season rates are $125 per night plus $25 cleaning fee.
