A big Thank You to the speakers representing three Buddhist Traditions: Scott Lawrance, Tibetan; Kim Hoben Hansen from Vancouver, Zen; and Jack Kornfield (reading by Dar Booth). Thanks to Denise Maille, Qigong; Erika Meyer, yoga; and Steve Moore, for his poetry.
It was a beautiful sunny day.
"Change your mind day" is a global event which was held simultaneously in cities throughout the world in celebrating a day of Buddhist mindfulness and meditation. Lynn Martilla was off island and attended a Change Your Mind Day in Calgary.
