I am seeking a Spring/Summer rental for myself beginning on May 1, 2021. Year round rental ideal or summer rental.

Getting a head start on looking so that I'm no scrambling at the last minutes.

Looking for a clean, warm and bright space for a single forty year old female, no pets or kids. I enjoy quite, privacy, clear energy, good water, and an excellent bed.

I own a car, so any neighbourhood is fine, although south end preferred.

I am an excellent tenet with great island references. Happy to pay whatever fair price for rent.

I am clean, quite, sociable , helpful, considerate and respectful.
