Outdoor Yoga at Smelt Bay continues!
60 minutes Asana (postures)
20 minutes Pranayama (breathing exercises)
10 minutes Shavasana (relaxation)
Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and dress in layers as it can be very warm or slightly cool. A blanket is a good idea too.
Class is by donation sliding scale, $5-20. No one turned away for lack of funds.
All ages, abilities, and levels welcome. Modifications are always provided.
