Somatic Yoga blends somatic movement principles with gentle yoga to release muscle tension, improve function and reduce pain.
The slow, relaxing movements of Somatic Yoga help re-educate the brain and nervous system to allow you to regain voluntary control of muscles and the body without striving or intense stretching.
This is yoga for all body types and abilities with emphasis on pure, safe movement.
