these sessions (@ 1 1/2 hours) are to allow us the time to feel, to sense, to pay attention to what our organisms/our
bodies are saying.
to listen. to allow. to respond --- if we want. to come to peace with ourselves.

Sensory Awareness is the basic foundation of all somatic work.
judyth has been studying this since 1968, and authorized to teach since 1985.
