Join us on the fireside patio for your morning yoga practice where the view overlooks the ocean. Class starts at 9:00am sharp and runs to 10:00 am with Val. The drop in fee is $5 which can be given directly to Val.

Bring a mat and some water, and we will see you on the mat.
