Have you ever played ultimate frisbee? It's a really fun sport that is unique because of the "Spirit of the Game" vibe. Everyone, all levels, are very welcome to come out and learn from scratch or build up your skills, with lots of support. It is a non contact sport with a particularly good atmosphere of fun and play. There is plenty of running and passing that goes on. This is not the same as frisbee golf, by the way. What ages? Adults and youth who can keep up with us! Or the other way round.
