T’ai Chi Ch’uan for CISS members
This short form of T’ai Chi Ch’uan is a low-impact exercise that is ideal for seniors. The slow, gentle movements can improve balance, strength, flexibility and range of motion, as well as decrease effects of common degenerative diseases and pains. It is a standing/moving exercise that can be done anywhere, anytime, and doesn’t need special clothing or shoes.
Offered to CISS members by Judyth Weaver, who's been teaching t'ai chi since 1974.
