Use your body/mind to activate, align, strengthen and lengthen your body from the centre outwards. Work with breath, gravity and resistance training to create a supple spine and toned muscles. Move while connected to your core with fluid and precise intention.
Props required: yoga mat, yoga block/ small pillow, pilates ball, pilates ring, thera-band.
