Yin Yoga and IFS
Autumn is the season of descent, of slowing down, and often of experiencing grief. I welcome you to this yin class where we will practice mindfulness and loving-kindness towards ourselves while we hold gentle postures for 3-5 minutes.
I will guide us in IFS meditations that facilitate healing for our wounded Parts. IFS, is a trauma-sensitive modality that identifies and addresses multiple sub-personalities (Parts), within each person's mental system.
