Continuing T'ai Chi
The soft style gentle form emphasizes basic principles of balance, relaxation, concentration, coordination, circle, center, proportion as taught by master teacher Henry Wang of Comox - my inspiration and instructor for more than 25 years. Exercises can be easily be practiced at home: connect to the ground, empty fist, beak hand, walk like a cat, bear turns and looks behind.
