I have another Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop planned for Saturday Sept 19th from 11am-2pm at Linnaea Kitchen and Lakeview room.

Rooted in the elements, inspired by nature, we explore the flavors of fall together in this Ayurvedic inspired cooking workshop. Together we will make roasted squash empanadas, fresh veggie broth, celeriac soup and a cashew crema. Recipe card, Ayurvedic info pack, a delicious meal, and time to explore our constitutions together with open discussion and questions to conclude.

With the aid of our community microgrants I am able to offer this workshop at $25/person. 8 spots available!
