CISS CALENDAR FOR SEPTEMBER 2026

Aquasize!• Tuesdays and Thursdays, Gorge Harbour Marina Pool, 10 to 11 a.m.
We will continue in September until the Gorge Marina closes the pool.
Come and join other Cortes seniors for some exercise and fun at the Gorge Harbour Marina swimming pool. Seniors (50+) free!

T’ai Chi Ch’uan w/Judyth Weaver• Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Om Studio, Manson's Hall. All welcome. By donation; proceeds go to Better at Home.
Movement and Mobility w/KellyWe have a break in September. Regular classes will resume in October. Thank you, Kelly and Better at Home, for these important classes.
Walking Group• The walking group meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 a.m. in the Manson's Hall parking lot for a 30-minute to 1-hour walk, followed by coffee. Never cancelled! Come and join the walking group. Your dog, on a leash, is welcome to tag along.
Cortes Island Museum and Wild Cortes• Museum, 957 Beesley Road, Tuesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Wild Cortes, 1255 Seaford Road, Friday and Saturday, noon to 4 p.m.

DEATHCARE COLLECTIVEThe DeathCare Collective supports our community in preparing for end-of-life through conversation and education. We help loved ones care for their own dying and deceased– offering guidance, empowerment, and assistance from diagnosis through death and after death– making home-based, holistic care more accessible.
Our monthly meetings include time for optional sharing, an educational presentation, and a project update for our community. Our next meeting will be on
