Carpet Bowling

Aquasize!
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, Gorge Harbour Marina Pool, 10 to 11 a.m.
Come and join other Cortes seniors for some exercise and fun at the Gorge Harbour Marina swimming pool. Seniors (50+) free!

T’ai Chi Ch’uan w/Judyth Weaver
• Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Om Studio, Manson's Hall, all welcome, by donation.

Movement and Mobility w/Kelly
Kelly is offering her class to past participants on;
• Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. in the Om Studio.
By registration only. Email Kelly at kbrocks55yahoo.ca.
Regular classes will resume in October.

Walking Group
• The walking group meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 a.m. in the Manson's Hall parking lot for a 30-minute to 1-hour walk, followed by coffee. Never cancelled! Come and join the walking group. Your dog, on a leash, is welcome to tag along.

Cortes Island Museum and Wild Cortes
• Museum, 957 Beesley Road, Tuesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Wild Cortes, 1255 Seaford Road, Tuesday to Saturday, noon to 4 p.m.
• New exhibitions in Wild Cortes and in the Main Gallery
• Have you got your raffle tickets? Summer fundraiser for the Cortes Museum. Tickets at the museum and Friday Markets

In Memory of John Stogrin
• The Celebration of Life for John “Stogie” will take place on Saturday, September 12, starting at 2 p.m. at the Cliffe’s residence on Seavista Rd. All Islanders welcome. To obtain more details, please RSVP to Ingrid (backyardbird1duck.com)
