Refuge Dockside Kitchen Invites Cortes Community to Special Long Table Dinner
Refuge Dockside Kitchen is hosting a beautiful Long Table Dinner on Saturday, June 20, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., featuring a locally inspired multi-course menu in the stunning waterfront setting of Refuge Cove.
The evening will begin with Roast Carrot and Endive with cultured crème fraîche, pink peppercorn, honey, marjoram, and mint, followed by Spot Prawns on 32 Lakes Baguette with shaved pork jowl, pepperleaf aioli, and a micro green salad. The main course features Roast Coho Salmon served with zucchini, snap peas, new potatoes, and herb and olive compound butter. Dessert will be a refreshing Prosecco Gelatine with macerated coastal farm berries and flowers.
Tickets are $125 per person.
For Cortes residents who do not have access to a boat, Refuge Dockside Kitchen is offering round-trip water taxi transportation from Squirrel Cove for a limited number of guests, making this unique dining experience more accessible to the local community.
