Love Fest 2026 is shaping up to be an incredible celebration of music, creativity, and community — and we are looking for local vendors to help make the day even more special!

Love Fest team is inviting makers, artists, artisans, creators, and small businesses to join us for this exciting community event. Whether you create beautiful handmade goods, unique crafts, artwork, specialty products, or delicious treats, this is a wonderful opportunity to connect with festival-goers and share what you do.

Vendor spaces are FREE, and we have 10 vendor spots available.

Each approved vendor will receive a free ticket to the show, making this a fantastic opportunity to showcase your work while enjoying an amazing day of music and celebration.

Vendor Details
Vendors will need to provide their own:
Table
Tent or weather protection
Display materials and setup supplies

Vendors are asked to be onsite and ready to sell from 1pm–5pm minimum on event day.

Load-in: Friday between 3pm and 6pm

Rex will be onsite during load-in to help coordinate vendor locations and setup.

Load-out: Anytime after 5pm

There is a limited power supply available, so vendors who require electricity are asked to include their needs when applying.

We welcome vendors offering drinks and cold refreshments. We are not currently looking for meal vendors, but we may consider applications for treats and snacks.
