The final Wednesday class will take place on Wednesday, May 27th, before the schedule change takes effect.
For those curious about trying it, T’ai Chi Ch’uan is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow, flowing movements with mindful breathing and focused awareness. Often described as “meditation in motion,” it is a gentle form of movement that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities.
Practicing T’ai Chi Ch’uan may help improve:
Balance and coordination
Flexibility and mobility
Strength and posture
Relaxation and stress reduction
Focus and mindfulness
Overall well-being and body awareness
The slow and intentional movements make it an accessible practice, whether you are looking to increase mobility, support your health, reduce stress, or simply enjoy moving in a calm and supportive environment.
We are happy to welcome Judyth back to Cortes and look forward to continuing these classes at Om Studio.
New schedule: Thursdays, 10:00–11:00 AM starting June 4
Last Wednesday class: Wednesday, May 27
Location: Om Studio, Mansons Hall
We hope you can join in and experience the benefits of this gentle practice
