This FREE 2.5-hour workshop offers a supportive, hands-on introduction to essential first aid skills you can use in everyday life. Designed to be approachable and practical, it’s a great way to build confidence in responding to common emergencies at home, work, or in your community.
You’ll learn how to perform a clear primary assessment, provide CPR, and recognize and respond to shock. The workshop also covers how to help someone who is choking, as well as how to manage falls, broken bones, concussions, and burns.
With guided practice and real-life scenarios, you’ll leave feeling more prepared, capable, and ready to step in when someone needs help. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and take part.
