The Cortes Housing Society is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified contractors and service providers for upcoming infrastructure works at the Rainbow Ridge project, scheduled to commence in June 2026.

The scope of work includes the installation of essential site services, specifically:
• Water system installation
• Septic system installation
• Electrical servicing

We welcome submissions from experienced and licensed contractors with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the above areas. Preference may be given to proponents with experience in rural or community-based housing developments and familiarity with local regulations and environmental considerations.

Interested parties are invited to submit their expression of interest, including a brief overview of qualifications, relevant project experience, and availability.
